Why come to me?

I have worked privately with clients for over 20 years, specialising in 1-2-1 well-being coaching, stress management, resistance therapy, emotional art therapy, relaxation techniques, meditation, mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy.

In addition, I have 12 years’ experience within the Criminal Justice System working with young people and their parent/carers for the local authority. I specialised in working with troubled young people, and victims of crime, in restorative justice, and conflict management.  I also ran coaching sessions and workshops in the areas of anger management, motivational interviewing, empathetic art therapy, eliminating domestic violence, changing negative behaviour patterns and negative attachments.  I helped to promote and lead in the area of restorative justice with partner agencies (Sussex Police and Victim support) developing and setting up  ‘community resolutions’, training victim support staff and volunteers.  I helped in developing best practice in restorative justice within the local Youth Offending Service.
