I offer a FREE 30 minute consultation for each individual to create the best personalised well-being coaching plan for you.  Coaching is at your own pace, you are totally in control.

How much will it cost?

The hourly rate for coaching is £60.00, or £35.00 for half an hour for a face-to-face or telephone/skype session. 

Mindandbodywellbeing does consider personal circumstances and may be able to offer  reduced rates for students and those on a low income. This can be discussed during the free consultation.  Email sessions are discussed and costed for each individual’s requirement.
